​Scarlett was brought in to Foothills Animal Shelter as a stray in the middle of February, in Colorado. Freezing and starving with bad teeth and an infected bladder, he was cared for by them until I woke up one morning and decided to get a dog.
A nice woman at Petco said I should adopt. I had no idea. She directed me to Foothills where I met this beautiful calm little guy named LJ, short for Lassie JR, who stole my heart and my bed.
He is forever a part of me.
